COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

A good place to collect.

  1. Be respectful. No harassment, discrimination, threats, sexual content or personal attacks.
  2. No scams, counterfeit sales, phishing, impersonation, unsolicited promotions or spam.
  3. Keep retailer-alert channels read-only. Use collector-chat for discussion and support for help.
  4. Do not repost paid alerts outside the server, resell access or share membership accounts.
  5. Respect retailer purchase limits, queues and website terms. No checkout-bot, CAPTCHA-bypass or queue-skipping instructions.
  6. Do not post personal information, order addresses, login details or payment information. Staff will never ask for passwords or payment through DMs.
  7. Buy and sell elsewhere. We do not facilitate member trades, escrow, raffles or gambling.
  8. Report concerns to a moderator or info@presgro.com. Do not engage with suspicious DMs.
  9. Follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Paid memberships are for adults aged 18 or over.
  10. Moderators may remove content, warn, mute or remove accounts for breaches. Email support if you wish to appeal; consumer rights remain unaffected.
