What we use

We use your Discord user ID and display name to link membership and assign server roles. We store Stripe customer and subscription references, membership status, payment-period dates, and a record of terms acceptance. Stripe collects billing details and processes payments; we do not store full payment card numbers. We do not collect retailer account passwords. Discord sign-in tokens are used briefly for identity lookup and are not retained.

Why and who with

We use this information to fulfil your membership contract, provide support, protect accounts and keep required business records. Security and abuse prevention are legitimate interests; financial record-keeping may be a legal obligation. Stripe and Discord receive the information needed for their services and operate under their own privacy notices. Hosting providers process application data on our behalf. Provider transfers outside the UK must use applicable safeguards. We do not sell member information or use it for unsolicited marketing.

Essential cookies and retention

Essential session, sign-in state and security cookies are needed to sign in and protect actions. Member sessions expire after seven days and sign-in state after ten minutes; expired sessions are periodically removed. Subscription and support records are retained only as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes and meet legal record-keeping duties. We review and delete or anonymise records when those reasons no longer apply.

Optional website analytics

If you choose “Accept analytics”, we load Google Analytics (measurement ID G-6CPJG5FJT8) to understand use of our public pages. Rejecting has no effect on membership access. We send a fixed public page name and canonical address, without the query string or referrer. We exclude account, sign-in, billing and operator pages from our page-view tracking and do not send Discord IDs, email addresses or subscription references. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in our tag configuration.

Google receives technical connection information, including an IP address when your browser connects, and uses analytics cookies to distinguish visits. Analytics is not anonymous simply because we omit your name. Read how Google uses information from partner sites. Our analytics cookies and locally stored consent choice are configured for up to 180 days. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings”. Rejecting stops our analytics and removes its first-party cookies; it does not erase information already received by Google.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your personal data, object where applicable, or request portability. Some records may need to be retained by law. Email info@presgro.com; we may verify your identity without asking for passwords. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. Cancelling a subscription stops renewal; contact us separately to request account deletion. Purchasers must be adults.
